hai.yesterday went to east coast park with my sis and cousin to cycle...
find the mac find like hell...
went the wrong way...in the end...can't find mac and we are all very tired...
run out of energy...what happen in the night?
my leg pain like hell...
apply medicine still no use...
mid night dun know what time.my leg pain until i can't sleep...
5 o clock+ i went to the living room and apply the medicine one more time...
and it got better...if not. i guess i can forget about walking around le...
